+  Becoming a member
Q How much does it cost to join the Luxury Club?
A Luxury Club membership is free.
Q How would the program benefit me?
A The benefits are countless, as you will earn points on your purchases and you will be given the priority in communications related to new product releases, fashion and luxury events, and celebrity appearances.
*The higher the tier, the bigger the incentive and priorities.
Q How can I join?
A You can join our program either in store or online.
Q When do I receive my membership card?
A You may collect the card as soon as you enrol into the program at the store. In case of online registration, you can select the location of the store from which to collect the card at your convenience.
Q I recently got upgraded, when/where do I get my upgraded card?
A Within ten working days. You will receive a call from the call center inquiring about your store of preference to collect your Gold/Platinum Card. The card will be delivered there.
Q Is my card valid only at Paris Gallery retail stores?
A Your Luxury Club card is valid in all Paris Gallery and/or Watch Gallery stores within the UAE and Bahrain
Q What is the validity of my membership?
A Membership has lifetime validity, provided you use the card at least once a year. Luxury Club reserves the right to cancel a membership and the accumulated points if the member remains inactive for more than a year.
Q How often will I be contacted by Luxury Club?
A Luxury Club members receive regular SMS notifications and Emails regarding the status of their balance. An e-statement with details of the member's purchase(s) is also forwarded to all customers on monthly basis. You may also receive information via both channels about new product releases, luxury and fashion news, as well as celebrity appearances. Priority is always given to Luxury Club members.
Q Are joint memberships with a spouse, family member or friend possible?
A We apologize because we only offer individual memberships.
Q How can I cancel my membership?
A You can cancel your membership at any time by submitting a request in writing. Thus, your membership will be rescinded within 30 working days, and any points in balance will be forfeited accordingly.
+  Earning Luxury Club Points
Q How do I earn points?
A You can earn points by presenting your card at the time of purchase. – In case you do not possess the card at the time of your visit, you can either provide the card number or the mobile number submitted during registration. Our staff will then process the transaction by adding the points awarded on your purchase(s).
*Exceptions: Luxury Club points will not be awarded for discounted/promotional products unless communicated otherwise.
Q How many points do I earn with each purchase?
A The ratio of rewarded points depends on the product/item and tier. Higher tiers are awarded with higher reward percentages.

E.g. for every AED 100 spent, a member shall earn points based on the membership level, product category and brand as illustrated below.

*Reward ratio is not dependent on price alone.

Q How can I view my points balance and purchase history?
A You can create an online account on www.luxuryclub.com in order to view your points balance and recent purchase activity. You can also inquire about your points at any Paris Gallery/Watch Gallery store or by contacting our call center (800 6611).

Moreover, an e-statement will be forwarded to your registered email address every month, detailing the last ten transactions of your account history, points balance and redemption activity and tier.

Q How long does it take for points to be credited into my account after each purchase?
A Points will be credited and can be redeemed at the end of the day at 00:00 LCT.
Q Do I earn points for purchases made during promotional sales and discounted products?
A Points will not be awarded for promotional or discounted products unless stated otherwise.
Q I don't always carry my Luxury Club Card with me. Can I still receive points for my purchase?
A Points can be credited using any one of the following:
  • Membership card
  • Membership card number
  • Mobile number (which was provided during registration)
Q Can another person use my card during a purchase?
A No. A Luxury Club Membership card is intended for personal use only. It shall not be used by more than one individual. If a similar case is noted, Luxury Club reserves the right to block the card and cancel the membership of the owner.
Q What is the refund policy for Luxury Club members?
A Luxury Club members can exchange or return products within 14 days of purchase. Club points awarded during the purchase of the product(s) may be debited or credited, depending on the conditions of the return/exchange.
+  Points Redemption
Q When can I redeem my Luxury Club points?
A You can redeem your Luxury Club points when you have a minimum balance of 350 points in your account. Our staff will assist you in redeeming your points upon presenting your luxury club card.
Q I lost my card. Will I still be able to redeem my points?
A In order to redeem points, the card has to be presented. If the card is lost, our staff will take the necessary steps to reissue/reprint your card.

*Please note that only the owner of the card is entitled to redeem points.

Q I lost my card, what shall I do?
A Please contact our call center by dialling 800 6611 to inform them of the case. They will proceed to block the card in order to protect your balance. Your card will be reissued/reprinted on your next visit to any Paris Gallery and/or Watch Gallery store in UAE and Bahrain. You will be requested to present your identification to verify ownership of the account.
Q Where can I redeem my Luxury Club points?
A Your points can be redeemed at any Paris Gallery and/or Watch Gallery store in the UAE and Bahrain.
Q How can I redeem my Luxury Club points?
A Luxury Club points can be redeemed for any product at Paris Gallery and/or Watch Gallery stores in UAE and Bahrain. The points can be used to purchase products in combination with cash/debit/credit cards. Points can also be redeemed for a Luxury Club voucher with a face value equivalent to the number of points debited, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Q Can I redeem points during promotions and on discounted products?
A Points cannot be redeemed for products that are discounted or part of a promotion unless stated otherwise. However, points can be redeemed against those products on list price terms.
Q What is the Luxury Club voucher?
A Luxury Club members may redeem accumulated points for a Luxury Club voucher equivalent to the number of points debited from the member's account. For example, 350 points can be redeemed for a voucher worth AED 350. This voucher can be gifted to anyone. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Q Can I gift my Luxury Club reward voucher?
A Yes, Luxury Club vouchers can be gifted
Q Are Luxury Club points transferable?
A Luxury Club points are non-transferable.
Q Is there an expiry date for accrued points?
A Every Luxury Club point has a validity of 1 year, and expires at the end of the calendar month -- i.e. points accumulated on May 11, 2015 will expire on May 31, 2016.
Q Can I authorize anyone to redeem my points?
A Points can only be redeemed by the owner of the Luxury Club account/card only.
Q My points have expired!
A We apologize for the inconvenience. We notify our clients of the potential expiry of points at the beginning of every month via SMS and email. To avoid missing our communications, please update your contact information regularly on your online profile.
Q : I have changed my mobile number, how can I change it on my account?
A Due to the sensitive nature of our customers' contact information, we do not submit any changes regarding personal details. Only the owner of the account is able to do so. Thus it is advised that you log into your profile to update your personal information whenever applicable.
Q I have not activated my online account, how can I do it?
A We can reverse your card's activation status, provided that you present us with your ID to verify ownership of the account. You can then proceed to activate the account either online or in our stores. As soon as your email information is received, a welcoming message will be forwarded to your inbox. Please click on the link within to verify your email and activate your online profile.
+  Membership Tiers
Q What are the different membership levels in Luxury Club, and how do I reach them?
A There are three membership levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. All members start with Silver and graduate to Gold and Platinum when their annual expenses at Paris Gallery and/or Watch Gallery stores exceed a certain amount. A customer with an annual spending value above AED 60,000 graduates to Gold as soon as his annual purchase hits the total, and members with an annual spending value above AED 100,000 graduate to Platinum, the highest tier.
Q What are the benefits of the Silver Tier?
A Silver membership allows members to collect 3, 5, 15, 22, or 30 points for every AED 100 spent, depending on the brand and category of product being purchased.
Q What are the benefits of the Gold Tier?
A Gold membership allows members to collect 4, 6, 16, 24, or 32 points for every AED 100 spent, depending on the brand and category of product being purchased.
Q What are the benefits of the Platinum tier?
A Platinum membership allows members to collect 5, 7, 17, 25, or 34 points for every AED 100 spent, depending on the brand and category of product being purchased.
Q What are the T&Cs for each level that I need to be aware of?

Q How often will my membership level be reviewed for upgrades?
A A member is upgraded as soon as his/her expenses in a given year exceeds the minimum entry requirements of the subsequent level. At the same time, members are downgraded if their yearly expenses fall short of the minimum requirements of their respective levels.
+  Account Management
Q I have not activated my online account, how can I do it?
A We can update your card's 'activation' status provided that you present us with an ID to verify ownership of the account. You may then proceed to activate the account online or at our store. As soon as your email information is received, a welcoming message will be forwarded to your inbox. Please follow the link within to verify your email address and activate your online profile.
Q How do I activate my account online?
A You can activate your account online by filling out all the remaining fields in the Additional Information section. Activating your account is mandatory for redeeming points.
Q What is the difference between Registering and Activating?
A 'Registering' is the initial process whereby the customer provides a few personal details to receive a Luxury Club Silver membership. The new member instantly receives a card number with which he/she can start earning points on purchases.

Customers can redeem points only after 'Activating' their account, which involves providing additional information to complete the process of member registration. This can be done online by the customer at www.luxuryclub.com or with the help of a staff member at any Paris Gallery or Watch Gallery store within the UAE and Bahrain.

Q I’ve forgotten my password. How do I recover it?
A You can request a new password by clicking on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page of the Luxury Club website. www.luxuryclub.com
Q I’ve lost my membership card. What should I do?
A Promptly inform the Luxury Club call center at Toll-Free No. 800 6611.
Q I’ve changed my address and phone number. How can I update my details?
A Log in to your account at www.luxuryclub.com and update your details in the 'My Profile' section.
